In her first week of training for the roller derby movie "Whip It," actress-singer Eve fell on her ankle. "It swelled up. It was not cute, but I Ace-bandaged it up, and I was fine."
Who would play you in the movie about your life?
We’ve all played this game. For me, Drew Barrymore’s directorial debut Whip It is about as close as it’s going to get to that game becoming a reality.
Girls in fishnets on roller skates, going by Garbage Pail Kid worthy aliases like Tara Armov and Gori Spelling and beating each other up -- that's the first impression most people have of roller derby.
