General Admission:

• A General Admission tickets provides you access to the "standing-room" only (non-pink) sections of the Doll Factory and outside restrooms.
• Please take the height of your young ones into account. Some little ones may not be able see over the rail and walls of the General Admission areas and you will NOT be allowed to place them on your shoulders or stand them on the rails for safety reasons.
• Some standing (non-pink) areas may be available on the floor, but we cannot reserve these areas for you. If you think this will be an issue, please consider purchasing a VIP ticket.

VIP:

• Want one of the best seats in the house? Then purchase a VIP ticket for this bout. A VIP ticket will get you "unassigned" bleacher seating, access to the VIP Bar & Lounge, and indoor restrooms. .

All tickets can be found at will-call area. Please let the Door workers know if you have a VIP or General Admission ticket and they will direct you to the correct lines.

There are chairs and tables in the Doll Mall by the stage where you can relax, but you will not be allowed to move these chairs to the track area.

No. It is a safety issue and security will not allow it into the Doll Factory. General Admission sections are "standing only". Please do not bring any devices that will allow you to sit or you will be escorted from the premises.

For Door purposes, meaning picking up your ticket, it should not be a problem if you can present a copy of your ticket purchase confirmation at will-call.

If you no longer have that, please provide us with the name (First & Last) of the person who purchased the ticket(s), how much was paid, what type of ticket (VIP or General Admission) and place of purchase. Once we confirm that information we can put you on our list to ensure you have no issues picking up your ticket. Please send an email to door@derbydolls.com with the requested information and we will confirm that you will be able to pickup your ticket or not.

The only other issue you may run into is that you will not be allowed to purchase or drink any alcoholic beverages. Security requires a valid picture ID and without it you will not be given an alcohol wristband.

All home games will be open to all ages. But please be aware that our Saturday night events are PG-13 rated (Some Material May Be Inappropriate For Children Under 13).

All Jr Derby Doll games are rated G (Appropriate for all ages)

There is absolutely NO smoking allowed indoors. Outside smoking area will be provided. If you're allergic to smoke, we ask that you please keep away from the designated smoking areas.

Yes, alcohol is served at all events.

Guests who are 21+ and wish to purchase and/or drink alcohol must posses a valid ID on their person or an alcohol wristband will not be issued. No exceptions.

Please Note: A strict ZERO Tolerance Policy in regards to underage drinking will be in effect. If caught, all parties involved will be retained, the police will be called and charges will be pressed. Also, please be aware that undercover security agents will be in the crowds monitoring to ensure that no underage drinking is occurring.

Short answer: NO!

Long Answer: Because our events are now "all ages", Security (along with undercover "plain clothed" agents in the crowd) will be looking for persons who are drinking alcoholic beverages and who are not wearing an alcohol wristband.

If caught (and you look over 21) you will be escorted off the property and will not be allowed to return.

If you look under the age of 21, you (and most likely your entire party) will be detained and the police will be called. If it is proven that you are underage, charges may be filed.

If you have been drinking off-site, it will be up to Security to determine if you are still OK to enter. They must put the safety of our guests (including you) first.

Hint: If you strongly smell like alcohol, look intoxicated, have slurred speech, etc., you most likely will not be able to obtain entry by Security and will forfeit your ticket.

Unfortunately no. Security will not allow any type of outside food & beverages into the Doll Factory. Security will escort anyone with outside food and/or beverages out of the Doll Factory and you will not be allowed re-entry. So please purchase your food & drinks inside the venue.

Yes. There is a ramp to allow you to come into and leave the Doll Factory.

Trackside handicap areas are available for you and 1 guest due to the limited amount of space, so please plan your groups accordingly.

The LA Derby Dolls has a strict "No Refund" policy for unused tickets.

The LA Derby Dolls has a strict "No Refund" policy. If you will not be able to attend a bout, you must contact us at least 24 hours before the game start time to request that your ticket be transferred to another future "home" bout (Not to include the Championship bout). Failure to do so will result in you losing the ability to request a transfer.

If approval is given, you must contact us at least 1 week prior to the future game date that you wish to attend. Failure to do so will result in you being denied a ticket to said game and you will need to start the transfer request process over.

Yes, but you must contact us at least 24 hours before the game start time to request that your ticket be placed in another persons name. You will need to provide us with the following information:

• Your first and last name
• Type of ticket (VIP or GA)
• Place of purchase (Ticketing Site)
• Amount paid
• Purchase Confirmation # (if given)
• Ticket ID # (if given)

You can also contact the ticketing site where you purchased the ticket directly and ask them to transfer the ticket to another person. This will need to be performed at least 8 hours before the start of game time. Failure to do so will result in the name change not taking affect before the will-call lists are downloaded by us.

Please note that you cannot just have another person show up to will-call and try to claim your ticket, even if they have a printed copy of your ticket purchase confirmation. The ticket purchaser must be present and show a valid ID in order to pick up tickets.
